​Billy Carroll Events specializes in preparing "inventive comfort food". We’ve been perfecting our generous core menu of delectable classics for over two decades. Our tasting menus are also quite popular with clients and we’re also more than happy — and amply versatile in the kitchen — to prepare any ethnic, religious or other specialty dishes you desire.​

We are with you every step of the way to assist you in assembling a qualified team of industry professionals in floral & set design, music, and photography to ensure the success of your event from beginning to end.

For more than 25 years, Billy Carroll Events has been throwing some of the most extravagant and talked-about parties in and around their home base in New York City. A full-service boutique catering and event design company, Billy Carroll Events will handle every aspect of your event, and we mean everything!
Whether you’re throwing an exotic beach party, launching a new product or just looking to create an intimate, private affair, we personally oversee every detail from top to bottom, individually customizing each event to meet your specific preferences and budget. We’ve done it all, from parties for thousands of late-night revelers (Pines Party on Fire Island from 1999-2003, for example), runway fashion shows, photo shoots, charity and corporate events, and all manner of bar mitzvahs, weddings and other milestone celebrations.

We take pride in making each client feel like a guest in his or her own home, and excel at recreating those same comforts elsewhere when the event is hosted remotely. Whether the planning begins months in advance or you’re scrambling to throw together an impromptu soiree, we believe your only concern should be who to invite and what to wear. Since you literally won’t have to worry about anything else, you’ll be able to focus on working the room and enjoying the company of your guests. Let us handle the rest!

While much of our work is concentrated in the Tri-State area, our vast network of vendors around the world make us well equipped — and certainly more than willing — to help you entertain anywhere you need us, whether domestically or abroad.
